We stayed here recently for two weeks and for us, the location, room comfort and the staff made this a great choice. The hotel is perfectly situated for walking to almost all the main sites, access to transportation and of course... all the amazing restaurants. The room was good size, clean and comfortable and the shower had very warm water with good pressure. All staff encountered were welcoming, pleasant and helped us with any questions or requests we may have had. A nice starter breakfast was available (fee) to begin the day. The only cons were 1. There are no coffee makers or water kettles in the room. Minor really, but we like having the option. 2. Noise might be a issue for some. Between the activity on the street and restaurant next door it can be a bit noisy until late. Noise reduction windows would help greatly. :) That said, it did not spoil our stay and we look forward to stay here again next time!

This hotel has the best location. The rooms were clean, small, traditional for a European hotel. The air conditioning in the room did not seem to work really all that well when we were staying there a few weeks ago. Beds were firm and flat, definitely not the comfiest after walking 20k steps in Rome. The breakfast was delicious although- the hazelnut croissant- YUM! Located near the fountains and public transport makes it very easy to get around from which we loved. The restaurant was always busy and people raved about it. We did not have the best experience with the front staff as they seemed annoyed with us. They were not very friendly in our opinion.

Great little hotel located within walking distance to most popular Rome sites. Room had high ceilings, and clean large washroom with very nice shower (water was soft, great for cleaning hair). There's a restaurant that's part of the hotel, lots of street seating, can be a little noisy at night from room but overall no problem. GBH was very helpful booking our transport from cruise port on arrival and then with airport limo on departure. Can't thank them enough for the level of communication during booking up to arrival, email and "what's app" were indispensable.
