There’s not really anything wrong with this place, but there’s nothing right with it either. It’s quite soulless and there was a funny smell in my room all night. What’s going for it is the location to the airport but it’s got no charm or character. I feel like they’ve done a really good job of making it look better than it is on the website. The attached restaurant is a sushi one, and the food was pretty decent to be fair, but even though there’s a 10% off voucher for hotel guests at reception the staff just try and ignore it when you give it to them when you pay for the meal, they just racked it up full price and hoped to con me. I really really don’t appreciate things like that. It’s scummy and pointless. The internet connection was very slow, my colleague had no toilet paper and there’s no USB charging slots in the plus which you expect in a hotel these days.

It is not so far from Airport if you are not elderly and fragile, service is quick and reasonable. Of course it is just 3 stars, so rooms is spacious enaugh, however can be a bit warmer (my wet dress remain wet up until morning) from other side it is not so high price for other benefits.

Room was not clean, location was terrible. Staff were not polite. I was travelling for work and will never stay here again. Just got an email from google saying the hotel owner wanted me to remove my review, I never wrote anything in my review but gave them one star. I have now entered the reason why and will provide google the receipt. So the bad review is staying!

I messaged the hotel for cancellation 2 weeks in advance and they state they cannot cancel the booking despite having a policy booked on booking.com - this is not customer focused and I will not book my employees into this hotel again in future. You can always tell a lot from a hotel when things go wrong and how the business looks after clients. This is not it. Not good service!

Very clean, nice big bathrooms, beds ok, bad pillows, no AC, very very hot at night, good windows (not noises from out in) note nough spots for all the guest's cars so, eventually parking along the street necessary and also kind of big deal to find a spot free. Bkfst is full of choices but unfortunately it is not kept fresh, so better to grab it very early if you big fan of fresh fruits and veggies for bkfst. Cooffee is good if espresso with a bit of milk or not. Other options are ok but not good enough for coffee lovers. Fact: the earlier the Bkfst, the better! /\ /\ (- - )
