What a beautiful hotel! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and super clean. All the hotel staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. We opted for the breakfast buffet and the selection was great and delicious. Location was definitely the highlight - 4 minute walk to Brussels Central Station and Grand Place! Would stay here again.

The location is great as it's very central in Brussels. The metro is 5 minutes walk away. Service is good as well. I got room 25 which overlooks the galleries. No noise at all when the windows are closed. Lots of space in the room for people and their things. Rooms come with a shower and a bathtub which I loved and used. The only thing is there was a slight odor in the bathroom as my stay went on... nothing crazy but still noticable. The bed was super comfortable and I had a great nights sleep.

Superb location right in the middle of everything. Yet at night it was quiet enough to sleep. Rooms were big and spacious, our room also had a bath which was big enough for 2, separate shower area. Lift was also available in this hotel. The hotel is located exactly next to Maison Dandoy which was easy to miss as the front looked part of the cafe rather than a hotel. Cons were the rooms needed some maintenance, the wooden chair in the room was broken with spikes of wood which was dangerous. Some lights in the room didn't work. No aircon, we had 2 separate rooms and one of them after a day out the room would be so hot and stuffy, the other room was fine. Bathroom floor tiles get really slippery once wet so also a hazard. The other thing is that every time we enter the hotel we'll have to wait for the reception to physically open the door for us, it felt bothersome and we felt bad for them if we kept going in and out of the hotel.

Booked and paid for "Suite 38". There were several odor problems in the room, asked to switch rooms, no problem. However, I got a smaller and cheaper room in return, but the hotel management refused to refund me the difference because at the time I switched rooms, prices had increased. They hoped I understood their point of view. I do not. This is unacceptable. 0 customer service.
