Beautiful hotel located at a very busy working class neighborhood. The staff have been very very approachable and well mannered. Our room is very clean and modern. Although the hotel is 15 minutes away from Central, it makes up with its lovely staff, clean facilities and amazing buffet. * would be nice to add Youtube or smart functionality on your TV.

Staff were really courteous. Rooms were large and good provisions. The cleaning every day was to a really high standard as well. The reception bar is nice and open until late too. I enjoyed staying here. It rate was very expensive one of the days, but was also easy to extend an extra night at normal prices. The location is excellent if you need easy access to the station and a short 20min walk into the centre of town. 15mins to where the nice bars and restaurants begin.

The hotel is very closely located to the Brussels South station. This is convenient when traveling but also means that you are in an area with quite some beggars and drug addicts. The hotel itself is good. I had a nice and comfortable room room with a great bead and an adequate bathroom. A clear advantage is the restaurant. That evening, the weather was very bad, so then it is convenient to get a meal in the hotel itself.
