Excellent value and location We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. We had no issues with hot water during our stay. The facilities were decent, although they could use some improvement. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent value and location.

This hotel is just amazing! The staff, the room, the views - just perfect! We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in, the room was spacious and so was the bathroom and the view from our room was just stunning! The breakfast was tasty and had options for all and the restaurant staff were really friendly and polite. It was a pretty faultless stay and we would definitely stay in the same hotel again. Highly recommend.

The location is great, close to the Most train station and walkable to anywhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very large with many hot and cold options. The breakfast staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The location is really good. You can easily go anywhere in Interlaken (but it’s a small town and I guess most hotels in Interlaken will have good location). Great view. The receptionists are very nice and helpful, but the hotel has strict rules about everything (like you can’t lose your room key card or you must pay fee, they need to know exactly how many adults and kids in the room, etc). The room is big and spacious. The bed is not so comfortable but acceptable. No air conditioner (I guess most hotels here don’t provide ac). Breakfast is not really good for me (I prefer to grab some food in supermarket). Not the best hotel, but if you just want a nice place to sleep and don’t expect luxury hotels, this may be the recommended one for you.
