Great location, near to the main square but far enough away to be quiet. Large room with comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Staff is lovely. Decent wifi. Reception is not 24h so plan accordingly. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful little hotel conveniently located within walking distance to many dining/pub options and attractions. The room is very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location (but hey, Bruges is such a small city). Unfortunately the first night they put us on the ground floor room. It was a bit dusty and dirty and felt like a back-up room/storage more than anything and you can here literally every word said at reception. Requested a move to a different room the next day which they did for a fee, moved to a third floor room with great views but smaller. But as lots of comments here say you can hear all the external noise parties etc. No exhaust fan in the room. Also, not entirely sure how anyone manages to have a shower without getting water literally all over the floor. Overall experience was average unfortunately.

Unbeatable hotel! Location As mentioned in other reviews - close to the main square but far enough away that the loudness is barely heard. Service Staff are lovely and will do anything to help you. Room was also very clean after the cleaners had been in. Decor Inside looks incredible. Lovely gold and black theme with an awesome shoe polisher. I love how there is a vending machine with lots of glasses and a bottle opener next to it so that you have can a nice Belgium beer up to your room in a glass. Very cool! Fresh water is also available from main reception at a machine. Overall had a great stay in the hotel. The only issue was with the price of food in the city which is mega expensive. Just something to consider when you are here. There is a shop around the back of the Belfort which sells cheap wraps and sandwiches which is good for lunch. Also there is an amazing cafe around the corner called Aux Merveilleux De Fred Bruges. Awesome coffee and awesome pastries!

The hotel is close to the center and it is nice. The reason I am rating it with 2 star is that in the booking it said VELUX rooms...(which are the cheapest type of rooms btw) but they gave us room no 025 which is basically in the lobby, just in the same corridor with the reception. It's noisy, next to a toilet, no view from the window, just the people smoking in the interior yard, it had no VELUX windows (you can see in the pictures). When we explained we wanted a VELUX room, they said they are all booked, but they could give us a better room, but with extra cost, which we didn't want. So, if you stay in this hotel, DO NOT accept room 025
