Visited during December 2023 Firstly, you’ll feel the warm welcoming right from the first moment. The first impression is guaranteed to be of high standard and pleasant. The reception team were attentive to details and I was closely guided as how to find my way to park my car in their parking facility, which is walkable in about few minutes, and reachable within about 200 meters. The room is spacious and nicely decorated with the themes of old centuries. The wooden floored room provided unique feeling and the overall experience was favorably memorable. Thanks to the hard working team. Their devotion was evident and notable. As long as they hold to this high standard, I’ll repeat my stay in this great hotel whenever am back to this nice city.

We had a 6 night stay and couldn’t fault anything. The staff are extremely friendly and the service was impeccable. Couldn’t beat the location, a one minute walk to the river, shops, restaurants and bars. The interiors and tasteful without being over the top and the attention to detail was impressive. The owner is active in the business and runs the hotel with precision but keeps a low profile. If you want a boutique experience in an unbeatable location then this Is for you.

Our favorite stay during our trip to Europe. Common areas are so cozy and inviting. Breakfast was amazing and don’t forget to have a drink in the lounge. Room was the perfect mix of old world charm and renovated. Definitely recommend staying here when in Bruges.

This Boutique Hotel is a little gem. We stayed here for a week in November 2023. The entrance to the hotel is nestled in the back streets of Bruges but with the front facade sitting beautifully on the river Dijver. The hotel “a converted convent” is in the ideal position to easily wander all around the sights and restaurants of Bruges. Even with everything in close proximity to the hotel, when you return to the hotel all the outside bustle seems to disappear. The hotel itself is so tranquil inside and the staff are so friendly and eager to help. Nothing is a bother for them and everything is done with a smile. My wife and I have stayed in many hotels in our careers and holidays but never have we had a “good morning”, every morning so joyfully said than in this hotel. What a nice way to start our day. The breakfast is very colourful and enjoyable. There is no bar but the staff do take orders for alcohol, although not a large selection. The hotel does not cater for meals, other than breakfast, which is not a problem as there are a plethora of restaurants within walking distance. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely holiday.

Our stay at Hotel de Orangerie was absolutely magical. From the moment we entered their warm, welcoming lobby we were greeted with the absolute best service we’ve ever experienced in any hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, with a view of the belfry and a luxurious bathroom. The breakfast buffet is second to none. We did full afternoon tea, which was absolutely delicious - especially the king crab sandwiches and the scones with clotted cream. I cannot rave enough about this romantic hotel. It is located in the center of EVERYTHING. It’s within a very short walking distance of all the main attractions and dozens of restaurants, chocolate shops and boutiques. We also took advantage of the hotel’s secure parking which was appreciated; we had no need to use our car while in Bruges because we were just so close to everything we wanted to do. My wife loved the hotel’s fragrance and we bought some of their spray to bring home. I definitely hope to be back some day.
