The hotel Eco Tree was amazing hotel to stay in lake side Pokhara. Their hospitality was amazing, staff were very friendly helpful and respectful. Their swimming pool and gym equipment well functioning. Cozy and comfortable, pleasing and inviting place to spend my vacation. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in pokhara for my friends who are interested visit Pokhara Nepal from Canada.

Hotel is great, but the room I stayed in was filthy with strained carpets and dirty lines. Services was not good workers are not available, and prices are too high, You can find many more star hotels in cheaper than this place I don't recommend this hotel

Service was really good friendly staff . Well maintained and lots of facilities. We did some swiming sauna and Gym. Location was great.

My recent visit to this place was a complete nightmare! When we arrived, we asked if we could all stay in one room, but we were told it wasn't possible. When we were ready to leave they gave in and allowed us to stay in one room if we are willing to adjust and we took it. The next morning, they came to us rudely and told us that we had to leave because they couldn't let four people stay in one room. And if we wished to continue our stay, we had to pay an extra 3000 rupees to get an additional room. Moreover, the staff's behavior was deplorable, and they were laughing and giggling while we were packing our things to leave. It was utterly disrespectful and unprofessional! There was no one to help with the luggage either. The breakfast was okayish, definitely not worth the price that they charged though. We had also paid for breakfast while booking the room, but they charged us again for it, taking advantage of the situation. Overall, my experience in this place was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit it. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the management was terrible. Stay away at all costs!
