DO NOT STAY HERE. Toilets were clogged and not flushing, showers needed 20 minutes in order to fill with new water, the rooms were in poor condition and the overall atmosphere of the hostel felt unsafe. Despite booking for a five-night stay, my partner and I were only able to endure one night. We had to find alternative accommodations, and DID NOT receive a refund. Additionally, we left the hostel with bed bug bites, making our stay a deeply disappointing and regrettable experience. I cannot recommend staying here.

Booked through Expedia for TD. The accommodations are nothing like advertised. There were cockroaches and my wife was bit by bedbugs in the beds. The water tank for the showers needs 20 minutes to fill and heat before another shower can be taken. Cooking supplies are very limited. But worst of all, one upstairs toilet was backed up for the duration of our stay with no attention, and the other had no water (probably because of the shower tank filling). When the staff were notified, they did nothing to fix the situation, but explained there were more bathrooms downstairs. This turned out to be a single urinal... that was also out of order. Based on other reviews reporting theft on the property, we left as soon as possible. Expedia tried contacting the business for a refund but they were denied and we received no explanation. I might actually consider sleeping on a park bench as a better option.

A nightmare! This is the worst place possible! We spent 7 days in a family room. 1. Dirty, dirty absolutely everywhere. 2. Very poor condition of the furniture in the rooms. 5 minutes after check-in, our bed fell apart (I will add photos and videos). We went into the room, I sat down on the bed and it collapsed with me. We were given a different room but the impressions remained! 3. During the 7 days spent here, I only managed to take a normal shower once! All other attempts to take a shower either ended in vain because there was no water (a record of one day without water) or under ice water because there was no hot water either. 4. There seems to be a kitchen and even with some equipment. But I don’t understand why there is no basic kettle. 5. There is no soap or toilet paper in the toilets. 6. A towel is not provided, you can rent it for 20 pesos per day (I have never seen this anywhere). 7. Barracks mode even for those who live in a family room. No one can come to visit, it is strictly prohibited (we are not talking about drinking)! 8. There is a small terrace on the roof of the hostel, where the dirt is even worse, including cigarette butts constantly lying around. There is no lighting and you can only stay there until 22:00. 9. Very poor Wi-Fi, or rather almost complete absence of it. On the first floor it works every once in a while, on the second floor it doesn’t connect at all. The only plus is the friendly and very friendly staff. Only this plus, unfortunately, does not cover all the minuses described above! I don't recommend it at all!!!
