it's in a great neighborhood, and the price was good. the mattress wasn't the most comfortable, but i didn't really care because the room was cheap. the bathroom was nice, and it had a big shower. upon arrival, i was provided 2 bottles of water, the tv remote, and a physical room key. the room was clean. the most annoying thing was that none of the outlets worked unless the lights were fully on, so i couldn't charge my phone while i slept. i could hear people in the other rooms, but it's a big city and i didn't expect it to be completely quiet. nonetheless, i'm giving it 5 stars because it exceeded my expectations, i felt safe, and i didn't have any major issues. i would consider staying here again

Great location, helpful staff, unfortunately I left some belongings in the roam upon leaving, my bad. I asked the hotel to mind the belongings the next day the friendly man on the phone said they had found the belongings and would save them. Returning 3 weeks later nobody has a record of where the belongs are, whats worse one staff member says they mind the belongings up to 4 weeks, the other after one week no policy no care. I was a regular customer but now fell their lack of accountability makes me nervous using them again. Petty its a reasonable value hotel.

Really saved me with last minute accommodation on the relatively cheap. Room was decently clean. Huge comfy bed. Shower was fantastic (2nd floor). Not the most soundproof room. Bathroom door design was a bit in the way. No fridge or microwave but front desk has them and you just have to ask. Staff were friendly even when I had to use translate. Not all experiences will be the same but here’s my data point!
