Too noisy! I stayed on the 8th floor and I could hear everything from the lobby until 9pm. Then began a party on the rooftop bar untill 1am which you can hear until floor 7. and then I could hear men talking in the hall at 4am. The bedroom doors are thin and have gaps. It seemed to be a calm hotel from the advertising (meditation spaces in the rooms) and my experience didnt match. The staff on the bottom floor were kind and very helpful. Although they couldn’t move my room. I asked for compensation the morning after and the upstairs receptionist was laughing on the phone about me. They offered a free drink on the rooftop bar. I didn’t take it because I was leaving for a long flight back to England. However the breakfast was impressive! Lots to choose from!

The hotel is in a great location but the room smells like sewer. The restaurant is the worst, the menu is limited and the food is terrible, overpriced (e.g. avocados), very bad taste and on top of that they do not apologize for giving you very bad food. I will never come back. I don't recommend this place at all. Yes, the room prices are good and the location is great, but I would recommend looking for a better place to stay in Mexico City. This is an opinion from someone who was born and spent most of his life in Mexico City but now lives abroad in the United States.

Very good Location close to everything 👌 just need to be careful with the taxis guys out side of the hotel they abuse of the tourists with high praise for the service also be careful with you credit card they pass your credit cards and said that don't pass to charge you cash and at the and they proses the payment and keep the money for them.. other then that is good hotel

We were pleasantly surprised by our room. It was comfortable and the staff is very friendly. I really felt at home. And the safe worked immediately, yay! On the first day, there was a preliminary survey; the next day I got a call about a remark I had made. The room is nicely cleaned and tidied every day, there are cool toiletries and some effort towards sustainability. I would have liked to just stay in my room, but Mexico City needed to be explored! The hotel has been recently renovated. We didn't try the restaurant. The music at the bar was a little too loud for my taste, so I didn't stay. There are cute items in the gift shop, but no dedicated staff, and I feel that hotel guests should get a discount (not just 6-8 pm). The location is very central, however eating options are better in other neighborhoods. Do let the hotel know if they don't need to launder sheets and towels every day.
