the location of the hotel is great, close to the grand bazar and a couple other great attractions! the rooms are clean and the hotel staff is very nice and friendly, you can ask them anything! i do recommend hotel erdal a lot!

The personnel are not friendly. They turned off all ac units because the weather is not hot in their view. The rooms are hot and it is too noisy to sleep on an open window. Do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice overall, with clean rooms and nice beds. It has hot water and bathtubs in the bathrooms. The staff doesn't know English though. You can still manage to get what you need, but they're not the friendliest. One of the nights, one of the staff was even smoking at the reception interior, very unwelcoming. You might have to wait a few extra hours to check in, so keep that in mind.
