Very nice experience, fully renovated hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are a little bit smaller, but this seem to be the case everywhere in Paris. It was very clean, nice interior design of the rooms, all worked. Location is perfect with good transport connections. Price/quality ratio 10/10.

Came here for three nights for a business trip and this hotel no doubt deserves a five star! The staffs are extremely friendly and caring, the room was super clean, nespresso available in your room or you can grab free coffee from downstairs. Best location, really close to Eiffel tower. Will definitely try to rebook with this hotel for my next trip in Paris, 100% recommend.

This was my first time in Paris and like myself this hotel was new as well. For only being a less than a month old establishment, they are already knocking it out of the park. Location can not be beat, 10-15 nice walk to the Eiffel Tower with shops on the way and surrounded by multiple restaurants. Rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and bedding as well as a very clean restroom. Breakfast was great and as far as staff by far the most friendliest I have ever encountered in any of my travels. There would not be a better place to stay during your Paris trip than here. 5 stars does not do this place justice, most definitely deserving of 10 hands down. For any future travels to Paris, I will not even look for any other hotel because I already know the service I'll receive here and wouldn't subject myself to anything less than top quality. Do yourself a favor and book your next trip. The searching has already been done for you. All you have to do is book and enjoy.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in! Me and my family of 4 visited Paris a week ago and our experience from the hotel was something else! First of all, it is new ( barely 2 weeks old!) and the climate was great,as the staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean with modern furniture. The breakfast is great too, as you can eat peacefully and without hearing a lot of noise, because the room is small. The quality of the food was on another level, as all of the food was fresh and delicious.

False promises from hotel manager, ignores emails. Small rooms, thin walls, noisy atmosphere. I had several issues with the hotel during my 3 days stay. All outlined below. we complained to the manager who said financial compensation was not possible from himself and that the hotel's accounting team will need to approve. He promised that this would be done within 1 week. Its now been 2 weeks and several emails have been sent to chase and they have simply not replied. I stayed in room 2 on the ground floor, which is directly next to the stairs for the upper floors. My head was about 1ft from these stairs when sleeping and every time someone walked up these I was woken up, as a result I had very poor sleeps during my time. Also, the room is tiny! so so small. we had 2 suitcases and could barely walk around the room. The rooms had glasses with lipstick still on them. We left these in the room on purpose to see if the cleaner will take and replace, nothing after 3 days. The "terrace" is literally a corridor/alley down the side of the hotel that is shared with all other rooms and the lobby on the ground floor. If you opened your doors to this terrace its not private at all and very noisy. The ventilation/extraction in the room is very poor. After showering the bedroom had become a sauna with steam everywhere. The mirrors had condensed and had couldn't be used for several hours.
