Me and my partner stayed here for a day in Madrid. The front desk people were very welcoming and helpful. They helped us book reservations for our restaurants. When checking in they went over everything and even told us we had an upgrade. When we came in to our room we had a welcoming gift! Along with check in we found out it included a 3 course meal to either lunch or dinner, which of course we had to make reservations for also. The dinner was fantastic. In the morning before check out we ate at the breakfast buffet which had a variety of things such as meats, cheese, fruit, juice and pastries. There was also a cook food station which included sausages, bacon and two different types of eggs! Overall I enjoyed my stay and would come here again!

this is the view from the room where I stay at this 5-star hotel in the center of Madrid. the room cost over 350 euros per night. I asked for a room for 4 people, we are traveling with children. the room is for a maximum of 3 people. very kind staff. otherwise .... avoid!!!

Everything here is amazing to me. Very romantic , cozy and beautiful hotel, room…very friendly and helpful staffs. My room is always clean and smell amazing, even shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom are very good too. They take care of clients very much with every small details, they even give lip balm which I never seen before in other hotel. And breakfast is amazing with many good food and fresh… i would love to come back and stay longer

One of the very best hotel in Madrid. Service was very good overall. Rooms are exceptional. I would definitely come back. My only regret is that the restaurant didn't have a menu with staple Spanish specialties. It's a bit watered down. Also I have been charged twice the room. I had to pay at check out what was already paid. I have sent a claim by email for which I didn't receive a reply. Now PA who did the reservation could get feedback where the hotel recognized the error and said it will refund. I will follow up on my email and wait for the refund.
