Stayed here in the beginning of may with school. Stay was okay, but not great. Rooms were way too small, same with the bathrooms. Our bathroom had no vent and there was mold in the shower. Beds were awful and breakfast had a very limited choice and wasn’t nice. Very nice service, location and the rooms were clean!

Ideal location for termini station or walk to the main tourist areas. I didn't have much contact with any staff but they seemed polite and always around, including arriving at midnight. Basic continental breakfast but no less than needed. Nice coffee. Shower worked. Its a bit basic and rough around the edges but overall I'd recommend for anyone looking for accommodation on a budget.

Needs improvement: 👎 The male staff at the reception at night when we reached the hotel was rude! He literally scolded us for not knowing some information on our first hour in the hotel! Toilet/bathroom was small.Room decor dingy.Too cold or too hot water in the bathroom sink & shower! A/C/Radiator didn't work.Reported it to the management/reception, but wasn't resolved! Blankets were warm enough.Bathroom flush didn't work which wasn't fixed even after reporting/requesting.New Year's Eve,the guests at the hotel were shouting, screaming,yelling,banging on doors,running on the corridor almost the whole night which was horrible! Plus points: 👍 Breakfast was nice! Budget-friendly! Two lady staff from India who served us breakfast & the lady staff at the reception in the mornings were polite,courteous & smiling! Location of the hotel is nearby Roma Termini.

Great location but rude staff! During check-in, the receptionist tried to keep our passports for the entire stay and I had to put my foot down for not turning them in. Elevators did not work, had to carry our luggage from 4th floor all the way down. We were promised early breakfast but that did not happen. They need the keys for the day when you head out but there was no one available at the reception at 6.30am even after ringing the bell multiple times. Overall horrible experience and will stay from it.
