Getting to this hotel was not that easy, you have to pay attention to the directions or you'll miss it. You have to pass through a big gate then walk to the back there we saw the hotel name and walk inside to find the front desk. Rooms are a good size for EU standard, I can tell it's been upgraded for that modern feel. We had two full size beds. And it had AC!!!! The bathroom was a good size too and the window had a view. It came with a free breakfast which has a good variety of options.

They charge me for a room with AC in the hot summer and gave me only a fan! I asked them and they just told me this is it and you have to check our website! Also, making the bed was the worth thing that you can imagine. Even the worthy hostel doesn't have such a lousy bed! Do not waist your money.

A good choice for traveling on a budget and good value for money. A place for those who just need a place to sleep and don't have the intention to spend much time in the hotel. I stayed there in autumn 2017 and didn't have any serious remarks. The hotel occupies only the first floor of an older building, but it's well-maintained. The room was clean, and the staff were quite helpful. Its location, literally a block from Termini Train Station, is probably one of the greatest benefits.

Unfortunately even for a budget hotel it wasn't so good. First room was probably nicer and in better repair, but didn't have air con as was advertised, only a fan. When we argued this point, we were given another room with air con - which didn't work. Yes it blew out air, but it was not cold and we really struggled to sleep. The wall paper was peeling and there was a whole section missing, the toilet cistern was filled with cold water, and because the room was so hot it had really bad condensation which made the floor of the bathroom wet the entire time. The staff were nice enough, but the place just needs a good renovation. Good location though, especially close to the train station and plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops.
