I decided to book this hotel because the price was reasonable. 1. Room is huge, bathroom has a good size, there is plenty of hot water and it is very clean. Shampoo and soap are provided. The bedroom as a beautiful ceiling. 2. Hotel is within walking distance to San Marco’s Basilica and Florence Duomo. 3. Taxi from the train terminal to hotel was 10 euros. 4. I am traveling with my daughter and we feel very safe in this hotel. 5. AC and heater are centralized controlled but it did not bothered me. Temperature inside the room for us is fine, and if I get hot I can always open the window (40 F outside) 6. Picture of the bedroom ceiling attached 7. There is a small fridge which is all we need. 8. Fast internet 9. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is staffed by 2 amazing friendly people.. Good morning breakfast papervide is perfect. The locations is absolutely Central for everything. Usually accessible. By walking, we will definitely go there again. I highly recommend this place.

The staff were so nice and helpful. Front desk lady named castansa was the most happy nice hotel worker I had ever met. Wonderful location and service. Will look forward to coming back someday!

This was the worst “hotel” I have ever stayed at. I wouldn’t even consider it a hotel. They refused to turn on their air conditioning even though my room was hot and it was 80 degrees outside. The room was filled with mosquitos that bit me all night. The beds were as hard as the floor. And the woman Rita that works as the concierge/front desk was incredibly rude. At one point she yelled at me because I took a small piece of toast to my room and a packet of honey because I had food poisoning and she did not allow me to take something as small as a packet of honey to my room. She also taunted me. The breakfast was tiny and they refused to bring more food for the guests when it ran out. All the guests were confused as to why they wouldn’t replenish the breakfast table for everyone to eat. Save your hard earned money and please don’t ruin your trip by staying here.
