Spent a week at this hotel, booking offerred complimentary transfer and it was located near to my tour group meeting point and they had excellent reviews so thought why not. The hotel is located on a quiet street. Sadly google map doesn't have street view for this area. I was in room 12 which is the first floor with a big balcony over looking the side of the hotel. Was key entry and you had the option to leave the key behind. The room was clean and both the bedroom and bathroom was large. The shower had a good flow with hot water available and there was complimentary toiletries. The AC and wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable and slept well most nights. Breakfast is from 830, downstairs, and its not a buffet but each guest has a specific table where they provided salad/either boiled/omlet/sunny side up, It varied each day, you tell them the day before what time you require breakfast. Also included was butter/jam/cheese/cottage cheese. A sweet like biscuit or cake and one morning I got fried rice and another buckwheat. There is an amazing roof top area, which was good in the early morning and later in the eveving, it was way too hot any other time. The balcony outside the room is used sometimes for smoking by staff so don't be surprised to find cigarettes/lighter. The hotel is located near to the metro, several restaurants and supermarkets. Even exchange and ATMs. Some slight issues were the thin bath towels, the bidet didn't work and unable to turn off lights from the bed. All in all, if you want a a decent hotel in a good location at an excellent price look no further.

I stayed here for a few nights. The hotel is an excellent location - only about 5-7 minutes walking distance to the Old Town, and maybe about 20 minutes to Liberty Square. It's super close to the metro as well, and there are plenty of buses, too. The hotel is located on a side street that doesn't look super appealing, but it is very safe, and away from heavy traffic. The rooms are clean, and I liked that you could make tea as well. The beds are comfortable and the place is very quiet. They offer a tasty breakfast that is quite generous and will set you up for the rest of the day. Liana was very kind and accommodating, and I would recommend this place to anyone. Hope to stay again!
