Don't stay here. This should not be a 4 star hotel. There were black hairs everywhere upon arrival. The room was so hot and the AC did not work so we had to open the windows which made it super loud due to the street. Our room key stopped working. The towel racks do not warm, they are just racks. The shower will go from a good temperature to scalding and twice the pressure about every 30 seconds. When we got there, the shower head was facing the wall, so we turned it to shower and when the pressure suddenly changed it shot out of the shower and started getting all over the bathroom floor. Cannot recommend this hotel, extremely disappointed.

Pretty comfortable hotel stay for our 2 nights in Rome. A big plus being a couple of blocks from the Rome Termini station for easy in& out of Rome by trains. We were fortunate to get a corner room with a large bathroom. I loved the bed and linens too. Breakfast buffet was very decent with a automatic pancake machine. The only downside was a very weak WIFI that dropped constantly. One star off for that.

Do not stay here. I left my luggage with the hotel for 4 hours with hopes that it would stay safe and secure with an apparent member of staff watching the room. The luggage room is connected to a laundry room which is further connected to a public street and can be easily accessed from the back door. I lost my bag containing my valuables and my laptop and the hotel did little to help; when asked to review the security footage the supervisor who has the password was not present for no given reason and they advised to submit a police report knowing that i had little time until my flight. While this was the worst part of my trip there were also numerous inconveniences such as the pungent and lingering odour in the room upon arrival and a broken thermostat which was very frustrating. Not to mention the many dark hairs found in the sheets and bathroom (i have blonde hair). The water pressure and regulation in the bathrooms was awful and the breakfast was absolutely not worth 4 stars.

Hotel is not very clean although it is well located. It should be 2.5 to 3 hotel star and not a 4 as it is listed. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was on the busy side of the street and very very noisy!!! The lobby needs a renovation and reminds me of an old hospital. The location is good and the breakfast was ok. We cannot recommend this hotel because the star rating was misrepresented.

There was problem with water in in bathroom: while taking shower there was hot or cold water running. I asked at reception to help and fix it. Room service came and l was told that it will be fixed, when l'll go out from the room. What kind of services is that!? There was noise every night after 22:00 from room next to mine. I left early in the morning and I didn't get breakfast box! Some very nice and helpful stuff. Quite good location. Breakfast: considering receiving a lot of international guest they could have more varieties to choose. Not so poor.
