The hallways are loud. If another room opens or closes it’s doors you’ll be awaken by the door slamming. There’s no ventilation, no windows to open or balcony. The only air comes from the A/C and it was broken so the only air was warm air from the ac vents They brought us a fan but the room was hot. The staff was nice and agreed that our room was hot. With loud hallways and no ventilation I won’t stay at this hotel again

The room is clean, but looks really old. And you can hear everything. I wake up by the sex noise next door at 2:00am!! The wall is shaking, the women was moaning! You can hear everything! The service in the room is not good either. They only supply the shampoo in about 20ml for 2 people, and they refilled it in 3 days. If you would like toothpaste, you charge you extra money for it. There is no body wash either, you have to use soap. Eventually, we end up to buy everything ourselves. Forgot to add: The WhatsApp quote for picking up from airport is not the same as what they actually asking. The front desk barely speaks English, they can’t explain why extra money after pick up, why not the same. There are two phones in the room. The one next to the bed is not working. Every time, you have to go to the bathroom and call a room service.

Not a bad hotel but a bit dated. Friendly service. Walls are a bit thin, meaning you can hear someone walking through the hallway.

I don't know who gave this hotel a 5 star rating, because it is not, nor should one be expecting 5 star service or accommodations. That said the rate was a deal given the location. The room layout is very awkward and there is no privacy when stepping out of the shower or changing. There is a very small closet and no place to put your clothes or belongings. Our safe malfunctioned but it was quickly fixed. The breakfast was good and the waitstaff were kind and attentive. If you're expecting to work, there is no quiet space. The rooms are well insulated from sounds outside but you can hear everything inside, especially in the hallways. We might as well have had our door open. The beds are comfortable and the location is good. Overall I would rather a pay few extra dollars to stay at a better hotel.

This hotel was lovely!! It's in a great location. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our inability to speak Spanish. The rooms were very clean, but super small. The hot water in the shower was not always reliable, but mostly ok. The bed was super comfy! The closet smelled horribly of mold... Like open it and cringe, bad. The breakfast was simple and consistently good. A great option for a budget stay in Bogota, but don't expect 4 star hotel quality.
