Cleanliness was underwhelming, we got bit in the arms by ants. Location was great but service was terrible. We had to call repeatedly to get an extra towel, and they didn't leave soap one day.

Nice boutique hotel room was a little on the small side but worked. Location is great. A bit away from the clubs and lounges of Zona Rosa but still has some nice restaurants and bars but not open as late. The only major issue I had with my stay was the noise. We were in room 2C and We could hear every possible noise from the street (it was as if the window was open and it definitely was not) and the nearby rooms and the main lobby area. The noise was so disturbing that we got no rest the entire stay. I'm not sure if it was just the room we were in or if all rooms were like that. Because we were only staying for a couple of days we did not complain or ask to change rooms.

Reasonable apartments. We were disappointed as the House keeping Service came into our room and broke our bathroom scales. They hid it and tidied up the debris and then tried to blame it on us. The management tried to blame it on us. Then they jumped Extra costs on us the end night. Nice place. The two ladies that cooks the breakfast are amazing and the breakfast is wonderful. The management and other staff really let this place down.
