Despite the negative reviews, I found my stay a good experience. The double room is pretty small for 2 adults and 1 kid but the room is clean and tidy (except stains on the wall that didn’t bother much). The location is perfect since we got big luggages and had to catch a train for an early flight.

Rooms are awful: dirty walls, no luggage rack, hard beds. They said they'd take my luggage up to the room and didn't. One day when I came back to the room it smelled completely like CIGARETTES. It's the most expensive hotel I paid for during my Japan trip and somehow the WORST. HOW is this a 4-star hotel?? I've stayed in better 2-stars.

Great location, just above the Osaka train station. The hotel staff is very helpful, eager to please. The biggest let down is the beds! The mattresses are so thin - as bad as those you find in univeristy dorms or youth hostel. What a disappointment. I would definitely stay at a different hotel the next time.

The location is indeed nice, especially I came from airport and needed to travel to Kyoto the next day. However, the room was extremely small for its price. The room size was just like those basic rooms in APA or premium Inn hotels. I need to open my luggage in front of the bathroom. Such a let down. And the walls were thin. I could hear what those people next door were doing. As mentioned in other reviews, there were stained on the wall, which looked disgusting.

This is a great location for staying in Osaka. It’s conveniently located to so much shopping and so many restaurants. Highly recommend. The rooms are very large and the breakfast is delicious. It’s a buffet with an assortment of options. The 27th floor has an executive lounge and concierge. It was very nice to have lounge and cocktail hour from 1700-1900. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is coin laundry nearby if you need to do laundry during stay. Great location, great value and would definitely stay here again!
