Nice hotel, but beware the breakfast menu is a set menu only has 4 items, it would have been better if it was a buffet style. Amenities can be picked up from reception. The lounge and co-working space is a nice atmosphere. I would return if the breakfast is improved. Close to subway but there are too many stairs so if you have a lot of luggage it will be a struggle. Rooms are also quite small.

I thought the bathroom floor and tub wasn’t very clean upon arrival, and the room above ours after 8pm sounded like they were throwing furniture around for about 15 mins each night. The location is okay, it is on a quieter street. I definitely felt like we were staying in a hipster type hotel, it’s definitely designed for youth. If I didn’t realize I was in Japan, I wouldn’t know it by the design of the hotel. It’s much like what we have at home, so not a unique experience. The breakfast wasn’t very good for the price, we ended up eating elsewhere.

Very nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle of thr main tourist sites. A one minute walk from Metro so you can easily get where you need to go quickly. Staff is very helpful and kind, hotwl is very clean and modern. Rooms are a bit on the small side, but very clean. I booked theater room, bed was a bit small for me (much taller than average Japanese person). Price point was probably slightly higher than what is given. Hotel is very nice, and I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, stylish lobby, rooms not quite so considered. Location in a quiet area a little between the main areas, but away from hustle and bustle, though actually quite a few restaurants nearby (google maps surprisingly useless at showing). Metro stations not that far. Breakfast uninspired, a couple of choices, sweetened yogurt, basic filter coffee, and juice. Very western, a bit mean portion wise, and a little dull. Also makes breakfast an ‘eat and go’ thing, not somewhere to linger, plan for the day, and meet up if part of a group.
