Stayed here before we left on a cruise- the hotel is really beautiful! Clean, peaceful, and the lounge area was moody with great live music. Food and drinks were also amazing. The bar staff heard it was our honeymoon and sent us a round of drinks which is always so nice and not expected! The staff we had contact with were the nicest people and very helpful. You even have the amenities the next day of your stay even if you’re checking out.

The hotel is very clean and the service was great. The restaurant is outstanding. HOWEVER, the room I stayed in did not look like what was shown on the website and the same goes for my colleague's room. In the main area there was only a bed and no table and chairs. I was there on business for five days with no place to work besides the bed. There wasn't even a side chair. The bathroom also did not look like the website. I had a VERY small single vanity/sink with no room for my personal cosmetics. Finally, I left my cosmetic bag in the bathroom accidentally when I left the hotel. It was on the back of the toilet (because there is not room on the sink). Ironically, when I called a couple hours later realizing I left it behind, it was no where to be found. That is on me but housekeeping was able to get some very nice product. It is not a hotel in my opinion. The doors are all outside access like a motel and it is very loud.

I had an amazing experience at the Greystone hotel! The service was top-notch, especially the friendly staff at check-in. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. Beach access was a major highlight, and despite a slightly chilly pool, it provided a relaxing atmosphere. The bar and food were fantastic, and we even enjoyed a delightful comedy show.! Outstanding service, cleanliness, beach access, pool, bar, food, entertainment—recommended gem! I wholeheartedly recommend Greystone and can't wait to return on my next visit to Miami

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for a few days on a vacation to Miami Beach and we had a really fantastic experience overall. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and everyone made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet. We made use of the free beach chairs and enjoyed spending some quiet, relaxing time at the pool. Branden was our bartender at the hotel bar for multiple nights. He was extremely friendly and took great care of us. Our only minor complaint about our stay is that one side of the hotel faces a club next door. The music was pretty loud late into the night. If you are there for the Miami Beach nightlife, I'm sure this won't be a problem, but if you plan to get to bed earlier, I would recommend calling ahead and requesting a room on the side of the hotel that faces 20th street. We will definitely be back at this hotel next time we're in Miami Beach!

My wife and I stayed here for the new year. Nice staff, good location. Overall, it's a good hotel however I wouldn't call it a luxury hotel. I requested razors. It was such a low quality, I cut myself multiple times. Maybe it's trivial but only thing that really bugged me was the breakfast. For our stay, the breakfast was included but whats actually included was a joke. So, we ended up paying for the breakfast.
