Blood stains on the wall. Reception didn’t care .. . Didn’t offer to move rooms. I left the hotel after 5 hours. Hair in the bathroom scratches on the floors and walls. Pillows had pink stains that look like blood that wasn’t washed out properly. on it but the covered it with a pillow case. See the pictures for yourself. Do NOT book this place not worth the money. Car parking service is terrible! Pool is tiny with only about space for 7 or a people at a time. Place is in need of a serious renovation Before I posted this review I asked to speak to a manager and they said he was unavailable.

We stay here all the time, when we’re in Miami. Perfect location for us, with our family. Quiet, beautiful park near by and of course WholeFoods is right next door. You can walk to Ocean Dr and the beach in 10 minutes. Love it!

It was quiet and the rooms were good except for the stains on the curtains and the bathroom tiles that were dirty and drawers that were broken down. There was a washer & dryer, dishwasher and microwave in our room. It was like an apartment. Great balcony view and mins away from the beach. The pool is nice but it’s small and was crowded.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was very helpful and nice. My reason for 4 stars is due to the mattress being the hardest thing I’ve ever slept on and there is a light right outside the bedroom window that can’t be turned off manually. It turns out automatically some time after 11pm and for anyone who is a light sleeper it is a nightmare. Felt like I had a flash light in my face.

Room was SO SO, but I loved the location 👍. Staff was mostly kind and helpful, except for the guy working the night shift who acted like he couldn't be bothered. TV was having issues as well, but I didn't really make a big deal of it cuz I wasn't in town to watch TV.. Id recommend it for the price, and location, but there's probably better options in the Area. I did appreciate them storing my luggage when I arrived before check-in time, as well as allowing 11:45 checkout.
