Great location for an over night EV charge, has charger right at the entrance, require your own type 2 charging cable though. Mine worked but doesn’t fit too well. Rooms are good but a little too pricy, a better quality room could be expected from this price I paid. Would appreciate the lift to the room, car park is free with multi story parking available. Location isn’t great though. It’s literally just a few shops and petrol station nearby and nothing else. It is a quiet location with great views though.

Not sure why some rated poorly. All I had was good experience. I booked 3 twin rooms for 4D3N with families. Pros: 1. Room is ready with air cond switched on even before you enter 2. Spacious room with comfy bed and pillow 3. Each room has 2 bathrooms 4. All basic amenities (including toothbrush and toothpaste) are provided 5. Clean room. Multiple wall socket available Cons: 1. Only ONE room access card is provided. Come on! You did all the great job but this is something you need to think about... It create great inconvenience as your lobby lifts required access card to go to room floors. 2. Air cond temperature are unable to adjust. I had freezing nights. 3. Sound insulation is a bit poor especially when the room is facing main road and swimming pool. You have to bear with children who are screaming at the top of their lungs. Overall, good stay for me and my family members.

Good: RM130/night. Worth it, will come back again. Room and bathroom is big, no bad smell👍🏻 The light can customize urself. Mirror is big also. Don’t know how can I say ady, I’m very like this hotel ! Bad: Only blanket looks a little bit dirty. Sound insulation not very good but the room is big so doesn’t matter. But if you unluckily have a noisy neighbor, the child scream loudly, parents didn’t stop them and speak loudly. Unfortunately, u can’t get a good sleep if u are a light sleeper🙂

I think the management should hold a communication skills class for their staffs. I was not a guest who stayed but a guest who used their amenity (swimming pool) during my swimming lesson. I felt the receptionists was not professional when clarifying that there has to be a fee paid for using their amenity, (which I already paid to my swimming academy). I’m aware that this was purely due to miscommunication between the hotel management & the academy plus the academy & the student (me). But a proper professional explanation and communication would have been a lot better. Firstly, I was already at the pool but they denied entry and told me to wait at the lobby until my instructor arrives . I find this a tad bit unprofessional and ridiculous. Secondly, I felt that they were trying to be sarcastic when I doubted the entrance fee. I mean obviously I was wrong, but they could have been nice by explaining the difference in fee for adult and kids. You really don’t have to be sarcastic by asking me if I’m an adult or a kid, well if I look too young, then thank you for your compliment. I think a little kindness will go a long way. Thirdly, when I thanked them after the payment, there was just a nod. Maybe I should be just glad for the nod rather than complaining,lol. But you know, you can do better. Kindness goes a long way . Maybe you had a ?bad day . Hope you will have better days , sincerely wishing.
