Budget hotel but better than i expected. I tried because of price as I work closeby. Staff very friendly and efficient. Hotel appearance and the internal layout hides the fact it is converted shoplots. Like the place so much i extended my stay and intend to stay week after week

We booked the room through Agoda, fully paid and received confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel, the rude receptionist only informed us that the hotel was fully booked since two weeks ago. Double booking happened because they didn’t update the number of rooms available in Agoda. He even didn’t say sorry for the mistake made. It was middle of the night and no other hotel rooms available after looking for an hour. We have no choice but to drive back to KL. Will think twice next time if book OYO hotel.
