The staff saved this place, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The room didn't have a fridge, which was inconvenient, but personnel stored my food in their fridge. There was something wrong with ventilation. At 4am, there was the smell of baking bread and fried bacon in my room. Interior is nice and new. The location is very nice

One of the best hotel in Antwerp, located in near central railway station. Very good place to visit. Good staff’s behaving like a good friends. Bar & restaurant available. Strongly recommended to visit here .

Great little hotel, perfect for exploring the city, very clean, comfortable, fluffy duvet, great roomy bathroom, which is very important when there are two of you . Very quiet even though in the city centre. Breakfast, well what can I say...awesome selection, nothing they didn't have, very nice scrambled egg. Definitely worth a visit 5⭐️ experience...thank you

I had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Indigo Antwerp, especially due to the wonderful customer service. I selected this hotel due to its proximity to the main train station and it was indeed super close to the station (also not too far from the main downtown area since the city is fairly small, and right by the Chinatown for amazing authentic Asian food). This applies to most cities in general, but areas around the main transportation hubs are usually a bit busier/louder so this was expected. I was given the option to request a quieter room with a back view which was perfect. My only feedback would be that the shower could have been more thoroughly scrubbed, but otherwise the room was great for a solo traveler (decent size, lots of outlets, nice decor). My favorite part of the experience was the breakfast buffet - had so many options (fruit, yogurt, granola, pastries, toast, cheese, meats, waffles) and I'm very thankful for the front desk allowing me to take away some food early in the morning as I checked out!

I have stayed here 4 times during the last 2 years. The location is perfect - a few meters from the Antwerp central station. It’s not a large hotel so that might explain why I never have gotten an upgrade even if I’m on Diamond elite level. But the level gives you complimentary breakfast and it’s a good breakfast. Calm restaurant providing a good start of the day. Rooms are nicely decorated- just avoid the lower floors as the noice from the corner bar is very irritating. The afternoon bar is another gem.
