I was staying at the Hotel Indigo Ku'damm for the 2023 Berlin Marathon. What initially caught my attention at the time of booking was the balcony option still available, which proved incredibly useful as a way to take in the sights and environment of Berlin, while providing a space to sort of decompress and relax as we neared race day. The breakfast package was great, and there were a number of options for guests to choose from, both vegan and omnivore. Room wasn't exactly the biggest, but, I think having the balcony deck to step out on made for a huge difference in the quality of my stay. It was also located very close to transportation options which could have me where I needed to go in a reasonable amount of time. Really great. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I hope to run the Berlin Marathon once again, and if you are too, this might be a great option to consider.

The staff working at this Indigo are the best thing about the property. The location is very good with lots of restaurants nearby. The downside to this property is the desk setup in the rooms. There is no power connection so to work you’ve gotta unplug the fridge or coffee maker. Definitely a big shortcoming for me.

The design was a perfect mix of contemporary aesthetics and cozy charm, creating an atmosphere that was both inviting and stylish. The breakfast was nothing short of fantastic, offering a wide array of options to cater to every palate. From the classic continental breakfast to more adventurous culinary delights, there was something for everyone. The quality of the food was top-notch, and the presentation was equally impressive. The staff was the heart and soul of the hotel. Their kindness and welcoming nature made my stay even more enjoyable. But one person stood out in particular - Randara. She went above and beyond in her service, making me feel like I was at home. Her genuine care added a personal touch to my stay, making it truly memorable. Thank you, Randara, for making my stay so special. I will definitely be back, 200% recommended!
