Great location and the hotel overall was good and I would definitely stay again when I’m in London. The view from the bar area was outstanding and the bar its self had a lovely atmosphere and service was excellent. Had a couple of niggles with the hotel that if they were to be sorted it would have made my stay excellent in the hotel. 1. I Couldn’t get in the bar and restaurant area on two nights of my stay as it was closed to a private function. Their loss as I would have eaten and drank in the bar area on at least one of the nights. Luckily as it’s Leicester Square the nearest restaurant or bar was within a 1 minute walk. 2. The Room cleaning service could have been better. On arrival the mini bar still had the previous residents meal in a plastic container sitting half eaten.Second day we had to ask for the room to be cleaned on returning to the room finding it hadn’t been cleaned by 4pm. 3. The lifts to rooms and the bar area were so slow. The Poor hotel employees had to use same lifts which isn’t the best when you are in a lift with a cleaning maid and the kitchen staff. I felt for the employees as they must have spent half the day trying to get up and down the floors on the slowest lifts ever. I must say that the front service desk was excellent and they were very helpfully and sorted all my concerns with my room cleaning. I Will be back but a little frustrating with a couple of points I have raised.

Not the first, definitely wont be the last. Excellent location in the heart of everything at Leicester Square. Great rooms and facilities, awesome rooftop bar, can’t really fault our stay. “Reasonably priced” for London. We stayed 2 nights & loved it! Would like to commend all staff but there was one that certainly made it more memorable. Melis looked after us during breakfast. Really appreciate the attentive manner and professionalism. Highly recommended guys!

Hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean, the bed comfy on the small side, but more then ample for two. I was expecting some noise being so close Leicester Square (my room overlooked the square), but it was very well sound proofed. The view from the room was excellent. Breakfast was a buffet, but very nice indeed - and an endless supply of coffee!!

If you're traveling to London, this hotel is the best choice. I stayed for five nights, and its location is perfect, right in front of Leicester Square and a 5 minute walk from Trafalgar Square. Most of the popular tourist spots are within a 30 minute walk, with the farthest taking just 40 minutes walk. The rooms are clean, and the service is exceptionally kind and attentive. The breakfast at the Sky Rouge is a special treat, with high-quality food and excellent morning coffee. The staff working there are all incredibly friendly. Additionally, the view of Big Ben and the London Eye from the Sky Rouge is truly magnificent. It's an unforgettable experience. Finally, I'd like to express my appreciation to S*** and A***, who helped us with room assignment and provided tremendous support. Thank you.

I am surprised this hotel has such a high overall rating. The rooms are super small, not very clean (old stains on the floor and on the sheets), the shower has low flow rate, it smells like cigarettes in the corridors. My room also did not have any windows which is not specified in the booking - and ironically I still had a flyer warning me about people coming in to wash windows… The elevators are slow. Location is central but definitely not my favorite
