I often stay here when away with work in London, close to plenty of places to eat and the district line to get around London. The rooms I’ve stayed in alone and when staying here with my wife have always been good. Plenty of room, often complimentary drinks, and comfortable beds. The sound proofing is also pretty good. Lots of storage space too. The staff are always great and there’s a nice space to eat or work in the lobby/restaurant/bar. The food is good. The breakfast is the usual selection of continental and cooked, with a decent quality. I’ve always found that the staff at breakfast are great and will make a nice decaf coffee for me rather than pointing to the granulated coffee like in many places. Overall a great place to stay.

Overall we had a decent stay, but probably would not return. The location is a high point - very convenient to various local stores/restaurants, as well as to the tube station. The rooms are well furnished and designed. We likely wouldn't return due to the maintenance issues we encountered, and the inaccuracies on the website. One of our rooms was adjacent to a fire door which had an extremely loud squeaking sound which was not fixed after mentioning it, and the other room had a broken shower head. There was also no hot water for a portion of our stay, which the staff acknowledged and was fixed. In spending about 5 minutes in the lobby I overheard three other guests report other issues ranging from the hot water being out, HVAC issues, and a broken door. It's an old building so some of this is to be expected but it seemed like a lot for the price point. As of December 2023 there are no longer complimentary mini bars in premium rooms, despite it still being noted on the website. When we asked, the staff acknowledged that this was a recent change and that they are aware the website is misleading/had heard similar feedback.

This is such a superb hotel. We stayed with our 3 kids for 9 nights. Rooms are spacious with all needed amenities including complimentary minibar. Room and hotel service are beyond excellent. For example, as a big family we used some dozens of towels in total, all snow white. The hotel is has an extremely good location, in the quiet Earl's Court neighborhood still almost any major attraction in the city can be reached sufficiently using the Tube. So recommended !

Great location and wonderful staff, but the rooms (at least the rooms we were in the basement) needed some attention. Very strange shower set up with no door/curtain. The hand-held shower nozzle literally points into the whole bathroom. There was a noise the entire night that sounded like water running in pipes overhead. Would not recommend this hotel as much as I usually love the Hotel Indigo brand and as a travel advisor I often put my clients in IHG hotels (depending on location/their budget).
