We stayed at Hotel Interlaken 5days 4nights. Good customer service and always provide us a good breakfast before we start our journey in switzerland. Our room has a balcony with street view, we like it so much... Thanks for the greetings card, chocolate and everything... Unforgettable~ Definitely will come back again!!! Highly recommended

Exceptional service. The staff at front desk is pretty knowledgeable about the town and things around. Rooms and linen was clean, breakfast was very well stocked with a number of vegetarian options. Also, the location is pretty cool, with a number of places to eat around and to do.

The hotel is very central but the accommodations are very old , I’m speaking to the heating systems in the rooms !! Had a very cold night and morning and it’s Dec 28 you would hope to be warm !! When I complained the manager was very not her fault and give it time for the heater to warm up !! After a few hours service person came by with a space heater also making you feel like you are putting them out and super rude ! Save your money , there are a lot more modern hotels near by , the street it’s filled with them and they might appreciate your business more !! Btw I am renting 3 rooms for 3 nights and I wished I was somewhere else !!

The hotel was very good with warm and nice design and atmosphere. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only issue we had is the noise from the church which was in front of the hotel. We had to open the wibdows to make the room cold and the church bells rang pretty a lot, also in the night. But we would have returned to the hotel because it was very nice, with a central location and a good value for money.

My wife and I had a great experience at Hotel Interlaken. It had a very local feel and certainly fit the "boutique" style hotel we were looking for. Didn't break the bank and had everything we needed. Attentive staff and helpful upon arrival. Nice rooms but small. No walk in shower but rather a high tub to climb in and out of. That is more of a preference feature. Great location. Definitely recommend.
