Our stay was one week... The area is a bit run down but very practical coz everything is next to you. The room is great huge spacious (like the pictures) But what makes the difference is Giovanni... Giovanni is the manager of the accommodations, a real professional who whatever we asked him he did it for us immediately (iron for the clothes, double sheets and towels, etc.) He also helped us a lot by giving us useful information about anything !!! But above all he is a good person willing to help... Grazie mille amico mio Giovanni Fantastico !!!

I stayed here for two nights. Thrte are three workers here as far as i know. In the first morning, it is the female worker that served the breakfast, and she was kind and friendly, also willing to offer milk when i needed. However, in the second morning, maybe it was the owner, he did not willing to offer me more food when i wanted. He told me in Italian plused body language that EACH PERSON CAN ONLY HAVE ONE SET OF BREAKFAST. No more milk as well. I was completely disappointed at that.

Hotel Iris is the place for you if you need best location with fastest connection to Pompei,Sorento and etc. Nunzio is very helpfull and is very hospitable. He is a receptionist and reacts very quickly. The renovated rooms of the hotel are extremely clean, well-done, with comfortable bathrooms I recommend this hotel!

Got stranded in Napoli because I assumed there were nighttrains there weren't, a kind guy drove me to this hotel and got me settled in otherwise I would have had to be outside until the train station opened in the early morning which would have been 8 hours, this hotel was very fancy with good pricing a night cost 50 euro, only complaint I have is that the bed was rather hard other than that this was an amazing stay thank you to the hotel manager and Gigi cacialli for driving me and helping me.
