I would have given it a zero if there’s a choice. It says it is 344 sq ft and non-smoking. The room is tiny, only has space for a queen size bed. Bathroom has no hangers for towels. The most troublesome part is that the room smells like smoke all the time. We only stayed for 1 night and had to leave to find a different hotel to stay. The owner refused to refund the remaining 3 nights. The front desk is a joke, it’s literally a stool with a laptop. They asked your arrival time to have a person there to check in for you. We arrived at 3pm, 2 hrs earlier than what we told them due to schedule change. Then we had to wait there for someone to arrive to open the door for us. Overall really bad experience. Please stay away if possible.

You can’t find a better location for your stay in Napoli. It’s right in the middle of everything whereas you can walk to most major attractions as well as restaurants and shopping. Also very very close to the metro making it easy getting to the train station from where you can take the train to Pompeii and Vesuv. The hotel is small and decor very nice. The personnel were kind and helpful. Only complaints and the reason for four stars instead of five was the breakfast. I would have preferred to find my own breakfast on the street as this was really not worth the money. If you like cake and sweets you might like it, but the didn’t even serve fresh bread. No eggs, no fruit, no nothing. For a hotel this nice they could have done much much better!

Great location, rooms clean. Someone needs to evaluate the functionality of the rooms. No separate light switch for upstairs loft, no place to put your folded clothes, bathroom sink poor design water kept spilling over rim. Breakfast frozen crossaints and brioche, the worst coffee I ever tasted. One staff member was better than the other, the weekend girl was great the other appeared frazzled and always burnt everything, not that friendly. .

The location was perfect for us. it was only 18 mins walk from the port. We were a bit worried when we saw the street but when we got in it was super the opposite. The staff were so friendly. Rita was the one helping us. She was such a nice person. She told us where to eat and where to go. showed our room and explain everything to us. the restaurant she told us to go was AMAZING. I wish they there were more people like her. Our room was SUPER clean. We are so picky when it comes to the towels, pillows and our bed sheets and everything was what we could have expect from 5 start hotel. So sad we had to leave after a day. Definitely planing to coming back. Thanks

We arrived into Naples with a late train and had asked if it was okay to check in late. Rita stayed and waited for us and helped us get to the door of the hotel. She was extremely welcoming and I really appreciate that she was so accommodating (if you happen to read this, thank you again!). As for the hotel itself, it's not what one might expect from looking at the outside on Google maps, or even walking into the lobby of the building that it shares with other businesses. It's tastefully decorated and everything is of extremely nice quality. The rainfall shower was probably my favorite part after being out walking around all day. I learned in the morning when we sat down for breakfast that Rita also makes all of the pastries and breakfast items from scratch. They were amazing! Absolute 5/5 recommendation, I don't think you will be disappointed.
