Had an amazing stay at Hotel Julien! It honestly felt like a home away from home with its cozy family vibe. Nisrine and Morgan deserve a shoutout for their top-notch service – they were attentive and just amazing. The place was spotless, which is a big win for a clean freak like me. Plus, you can't beat the location. This hotel is definitely doing things right! Can't wait to come back.

The service was friendly but staff was very young. Although age is just a number, at the bar it showed the lack of experience. When our party of 7 ordered cocktails, we noticed that it was taking a long time and saw the young girl looking up the ingredients from behind the bar. After approximately 30min we received the first 3 drinks and noticed that the cocktails were not mixed in a shaker, they were also in the wrong glasses and we had no ice. We sent 1 cocktail back as it was just undrinkable. After 45min we got the other remaining drinks. When we then ordered a beer as we thought this would be quicker, she served us 1 cold one and 1 hot one?? absolutely terrible experience. We went to reception to complain politely and mentioned that she is also there all alone for the whole bar area and that she maybe needed some help, it took again 15min for someone to show up. We will not book again as we also believe the prices of the room and bar do not really match up to the quality.

Nice staff and cosy room (199€) I could practice the trombone during our stay in one of the rooms. Great offer. The spa was not open due to renovation and there was a very mini room service breakfast for 25€. At least, some vegan cheese and sausage. When we ordered two bottles of water, they charged another 8€ just for bringing the bottles (7€ each) to the room. We could make a late checkout due to the illness of my girlfriend (75€ instead of 125€, normally 25€ per hour is the rate). So in total just 3/5 stars. Next time we’ll discover another hotel.

Such a bad experience for two night at julien. No staff at the front desk most of the time . No elevator for the whole building you have to climbed the stairs all the time! No warning between the stairs causing us falling down lot of times! No housekeeping they just took your used towels away and no more towels unless you ask and no refilled for the mini bar or cabinet water! Hot AC at the suite in the summer time makes room 5 degrees more hot than outside ! It’s a design hotel but first it is a hotel , you definitely don’t want to spend your night here it’s not even a hotel it’s a photo gallery with bed !
