This hotel is rated 3-star, but I give it a 4-star rating for a super comfortable bed and cool, thin memory-foam type pillow. I stay in many business class hotels around Japan, so I have seen almost every type of bed and pillow that exists. The bed and pillow combination was excellent! Slept like a baby! The AC also worked very well.

The hotel have a lot European influences. The staff are service minded and room have a perfect size. The beds are amazing and there are extra pillows in the room. The pillows have high quality. We love the hotel.

Stayed for a night then attended my friend's wedding. All the staff members were super professional and proactive, wich is quote uncommon for a Japanese hotel. I d definitely stay again if I come to Kobe. Impressed. Just impressed how professional they were.
