The receptionists were polite. The room I stayed in was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was lovely, which contained simple but variety types of dishes. I was amazed at the fact that the toilet is separated from the bathroom, which was not common for "business hotels" like this. Location is also great in that there's a underground station just nearby. Having said that, you normally need a train ride to get to the central area of Kobe. In terms of location, there's a downside that there's a dodgy area near this hotel while I don't say it's unsafe to walk around. Overall, I'd say that this hotel is very good for value.

Good location! The hotel is right next to a train station which makes it convenient for getting around the city easily. There are many shops and restaurants nearby with plenty of choices of what to eat. The hotel was very clean and luxurious, and the bathrooms were so big for a Japanese hotel room! Probably the biggest bathroom I’ve ever got to use at a hotel in Japan. We had a room with 2 beds so maybe if you only booked a single the bathroom would not be as big. Only downside was that breakfast was not free, and that there was no room make-up service, you had to call the front desk if you wanted your room made up or wanted new towels etc. All things considered it was a very nice stay!

Great room for couples. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. The breakfast buffet has both Japanese and Western style food.

Check-in was outstanding!! I have never been so happy to check in at a hotel. The kind gentleman was extremely friendly and helpful, explaining the hotels amenities and other items. In fact, everyone at the hotel seemed genuinely happy, and it was refreshing. The room was clean and tidy and average size for a Japanese business hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised that the shower and toilet room was spacious. Breakfast was a wonderful, delicious variety, and there are plenty of seats.
