Very dirty room. We saw spider webs at the corners, the chair was so dirty you couldn't sit on. Marks on walls. The pillows was very thin and empty. The bed mattress was very old. The good things was the breakfast, The good and friendly personnel, the location.

NO air conditioning - real problem in the summertime. There are fans, but they do not help a lot... Helpful staff. Great location! Various food for breakfast! Has rooms looking at busy street ( not sure about the noise in them) and others looking at an internal yard, which are really quiet.

Clean, comfortable, basic accommodations. The location is AMAZING, restaurants, shops, Chinatown, the gay village all within steps. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice buffet breakfast included! Easy walk to the Ringstrasse. I'd come back.....one drawback no AC, but they do provide fans.

Good location. Rooms are OK. For us too warm even with the heaters off and windows open with freezing outside. Don't know where the heat came from. Beds are good. They change the towels every two days which I'm a fan off for the environment. But they only changed the towel my friend left on the floor not the one I left hanging. Small discussion at reception but luckily got a clean towel brought to the room quite quickly. I would recommend this place.
