There is no air conditioning, no elevator, and a fan is on demand (Surprising topic in the summer) The place is beautiful and has a great location near the river and markets A room with a bathroom and an upper room or bed open to the lower one without a bathroom The whole apartment has one bathroom The design is beautiful Quiet and no noise will disturb the neighbors
