Plus 0.5 star for the views and 0.5 star for the traditional architecture. However, the rooms with city views are completely unliveable. We stayed 3 nights and every single night there was music from some downstairs nightclubs nearby until 4am in the morning. Music so heavy all the glass in the room vibrates. When we asked at reception whether they could do anything about it, they simply said that they already tried and they can’t. That’s not a solution. As Tbilisi in general, everything is suffering from massive over-tourism. Stay in one of the quiet lanes on the south side of the river instead. Cannot recommend this hotel until they solve the noise pollution problem. EDIT: Also heating in our room doesn’t work, floors are creaky and twin beds are narrow at 80cm

Terrible hotel. I am a budget traveler from the US and am very use to hotels of this caliber but this hotel was terrible. while the lobby and exterior was nice in appearance, my room was shabby and run down. The worst part was that there was some sort of sewage vent problem in the bathroom and so the whole room smelled like a sewer vent. I had to leave the balcony door open the whole stay. front desk staff spoke little english which was surprising considering that Tbilisi is an international city. do yourself a favor and pass on this place.

The hotel is in a nice location with thw view to the old town. The roo was also comfortable. The hotel has an old interior design which is good for change in mood. The service from reception of the hotel is not encouraging. Access to the floors is only through spiral stairs
