I was so impressed by this new hotel situated on the Riverside. Though the building has a small footprint and the hotel is "boutique", the interiors, fittings and attention to detail match those of big-brand hotels. We chose a riverview room which gave us unobstructed views of the river without the noise from street level. The room was fitted with tasteful and functional elements: well located reading lights and sockets, roomy shower stall, full-length mirror, window-side bench, huge and firm bed. Amenities were Loccitane. The service was superb. Staffers were attuned to the needs of guests and made sure to maintain a luxurious feel to the hotel (ie. Walking and talking quietly, approaching guests to the side instead of in front). UP by KVL had great views and comfy seating, with Buy-One-Take-One offers until 7pm. If I had to improve something, I'd work on the menu of UP to make it more value for money. Overall a great experience, and I definitely will be recommending this hotel to all my friends 👍

Online reviews are generally accurate. Service is excellent! Great location in close proximity to restaurants and coffee shops. Short walking distance to National Museum and Royal Palace. Across the street from Tonle Sap River where you can take a nice stroll/jog. Located in a tourist area so it's very safe as security and police patrol the area. Only drawback is the fitness center is not located in the hotel; however, complimentary tuk tuk shuttle service is provided. An alternative to a fitness center is a local workout area across the street where locals exercise and you can perform calisthenics for the hardcore.

I didn’t stay in a room but went to rooftop for drinks and water festival viewing. It was nice view. Great spot. Food okay above average not fantastic. Beer way over priced even for hotel.
