Staff Viola was super nice and helpful. We're happy to get their free luggage storage before the scheduled check-in time, too. But after we got into our room, we're surprised to see many things not up to our standards (the bed cover sheet was torn, many particles between the bed sheet and the bedding, the drawer was broken, toilet seating pad was loosen, soap bottle not working, dark patches inside the shower stand) and limited number of wall sockets for charging my electronics. According to the price they charged us, we trusted it's much overvalued.

The building felt more like a hostel not a “hotel”. Even though the sheets looked okay but when you get in the bed it felt dirty and itchy. The bathroom they showed online is not the same bathroom at all. The shower was straight up from a scary movie. The first day I came when I really needed a shower there was no hot water. There were some weird looking bugs in the bathroom. I also woke up with a huge bite on my leg. The walls were filthy and the light bulb was dangling off the ceiling, the room felt very eerie. However the receptionist was very friendly and informative. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking to get a good night sleep.

Unlike most reviews here I had a great experience with this hostel. Back in 2017 I was robbed, and was left without a passport without credit cards without anything. But I had the chance to pay cash which is all I had.. thanks to my work in Rome. They gave me a good price on the room it was a fantastic room friendly staff, and I was staying there on a permanent basis for a few months, while i got it all back together. Sorry for all the bad reviews here, all I can say is if you got to know them you would feel otherwise

i guess the people come here as the prices are nearly not beatable, however everything was fine. The late check in made us wait for like 20 minutes cause no staff was there and we had to call them. The air condition was working but we had to ask for the remote as it wasn’t in our room before. It can get warm in the room. For dropping your luggage you need to go to Hostel Beautiful which is like 10 minutes walk away but in the direction of the train station which was alright. The staff is available for questions and tries to make everything good. The room isn’t spacious, basic accommodation and without a fridge.

The room given had no hair drier, no hot water, no towels, no shampoo, no toilet flush. No lid for the bath tub, even though they publish pics of it to attract people. Asking questions they gave us another room, this time , no shampoo, no TV remote and no hair drier. I'd say that they don't care about this feedback as they don't for the customers that pay money to rest and relax, which isn't a difficult desire to accomplish. A drier is 5 quid, some water could be shared for the tub, otherwise don't sell it, mini shampoos are cheap, some cleaning and organisation would make the job, it s funny then Italians complain when people say we are cons.
