We have stayed in Alicante many times and this is the second time to this hotel. Although it might be a little dated the location is amazing with views over the city rooftops to the beautiful Castle and one of the few we have stayed in with a proper balcony and great for exploring all the other sights of the city. Always spotlessly clean and the breakfast is great, we will be back next year

Reception staff was great , hence 5☆ for service. The hotel was hidden away uptown . In my opinion the so called 'Hotel' should be closed down for refurbishment , period ! Only book if really really really stuck for somewhere to stay which I done after a delayed flight and couldn't continue my journey until the following morning. Again thanks to reception staff but minus star to owner , wasn't worth €95

Pretty nice and clean but the only problem is that the walls and doors are not soundproof so it can be Hard to sleep esspecially during New year.

Reception was friendly, room was moderately clean but not spotless. It is an old hotel like many people have said, but that's not necessarily a problem. The problems are that the doors are very thin and you only have an extremely small lock. So not only can you hear everyone, also for security it wouldn't stop anyone pushing the door open. The ladies who clean the room were extraordinarily loud, I'm not sure why! Brilliant location close to main tram station and 10 minute walk to train station. Wouldn't stay again.
