What a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect: The hotel is very well decorated, very cosy, the staff is 10/10, so nice and helpful, always available for you - They made our stay memorable! The room is very comfortable, spacious and clean - Products in the room were very good quality! The breakfast is a real bonus to start your day well: Thus it is not a buffet, but it is very complete (fruits, cake, juice, egg, bread, ham,...), with such good quality products! The hotel itself is perfectly located in the heart of Alicante, next to everything: the beach, the central places to visit, the restaurents - You can reach everywhere by walking, even the Santa Barbara Castle. It is very convenient to come from the airport by bus C6, the stop Portal del Mar is a 5 minutes walk from the hotel! Would definitely recommend the Serawa Hotel in Alicante, thank you everyone for making our stay a great experience!

We stayed just one night so the location was ideal; close to the beach, the castle, bars and restaurants, and the marina. The hotel is beautiful and supports sustainable tourism. Wished we could have stayed longer.

This seemed like an excellent choice, near the Castillo and the beaches and the promenade BUT it didn't work out that way. They say the have parking (external) - OK except they have no valet to take the car and just give you the address of the garage they recommend. Then we put in laundry immediately upon arrival so it would be back the next evening. We were only there for two nights so we stressed the importance of the timing. We check several times with the desk and were reassured it would still come on the evening before our departure. There was basically only one woman running everything. She was very nice but ineffective at getting the tasks accomplished. When the laundry didn't arrive the evening before we were departing she said she would call at 8 in the morning. However when we came down at 10:15 for breakfast (which was very good) she still hadn't called. When she called at that point they said they would bring it right over. It was there in about ten minutes. Would have been nice if she had bothered to call it would have been there by the time we arrived at breakfast (and been a lot let stressful for us as we were driving two hours away that morning). I'm not sure how this hotel rated four stars because the service was not up to par. Also the internet dropped every time we used the elevator and required a sign in each time we returned to our room. It would not just refresh when you came back into the network range. Overall - my review can be summed up with this: I would steer very clear of this place. Alicante is full of many hotel options - pick something else. Location was good. Amenities were sparse.

Staff are great, super friendly and really helpful. Location is perfect. The hotel style is really good. But beware the rooms facing the street as the traffic is noisy, and there's not enough soundproofing. I had to ask to change rooms after a first sleepless night, thankfully they had one at the back of the hotel. So if you need quiet, ask for a room that doesn't face the street.
