I can’t speak on the hotel itself as I did not stay there due to the pandemic cancelling our stay however the customer service at this point has been non existent. I’m not sure how else to get the attention of the owners other then they seem to reply to google reviews. I have sent countless emails regarding a refund for a voucher issued from 2020 and have had Expedia reach out on my behalf multiple times and no reply. I have emailed, filled in online forms, and called countless times and 3 years later have yet to hear anything back. I still believe this can be resolved and I will delete the review once so. I hope to hear from you soon.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the family who ran the hotel were delightful and very helpful in every way, including restaurant recommendations and pickup services.The swimming pool area was sparkling clean and beautiful. We met the 91 year old owner who still keeps the pool clean, beautiful boganvillia around the gardens and a balcony with sea view.

The Hotel is 20 min by walk from Fira. Nearby you have a supermarket bus stop, amazing restaurant Katherina, bars. The hotel is really well located. Very nice and clean swimming pool the beds in the swimming pool area needs refreshment in my opinion, the same in rooms beds are not really comfortable. Everyday they are changing towels and cleaning the room. Like a 2 star hotel I am amazed they have a fridge in the room,hairdryer even slippers:) I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel will be my forever go to place in the island 💕 The team of the hotel are extremely helpful & friendly The pool is so clean; fresh; spacious The location is strategic Next to a huge supermarket and endless options of cafes & resturant; walk 10 to 15 mins and you will find yourself in the city center ( walk in a straight line not a maze ) so it is so easy to go and return from the city center ✨💕 And if you are inlove with The famous Blue Dome style of Santorini; there is a church facing the hotel; adding charm & magic to the stay experience ✨ The shower water is fresh; the rooms are clean; the sheets are comfy 💕💕💕💕 The vibes of the place is “ island 🏝️ “ There are also many places to sit and chill around the hotel & each room got a balcony too It is also one min walk from the bus stop 🚏 And don’t forget that the property have a beautiful tiger cat 🐈 “ it acts like the place gradian 😍👮🏻✨” -> the cat is playful & friendly too ( for cat lovers ) 💕💕💕🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷
