When checking in the person who checked us in was friendly. However upon going to our room we notice the bathroom sink was dirty and their was long girl hair on the sink still from the previous guest. I was able to look past this because the reason go the room felt or at least looked clean. The shower water pressure was very light and just not up to standard in my opinion. The TOILET was very disgusting because not only was it extremely loud but the water would literally shoot out of it and get on the toilet seat and around the rim itself.. was very disgusting! The hotel did not accommodate to guest parking you had to pay either 10 or 29 dollars depending on the length which made it horrible for our friends and family that were visiting us during our time in California. The guy that we spoke to at the front desk during our stay about the parking situation had a attitude and was very dismissive towards us (shorter Latin guy) not sure if that helps I did not get his name at all and did not feel like being confrontational at the time because we were trying to enjoy our vacation. Lastly the air conditioner did not work and made the nights extremely hot and uncomfortable during our stay not sure why it would not turn on at night we tried multiple times but only sir was blowing. Overall I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel it might look nice but it’s far from it.

We had a great stay here! Lobby had a very fresh and welcoming feeling to it with a Disney touch to add to the theme park vibes. Beds were comfy and the shower worked good. They even had a welcome cocktail service! The property itself seems quite old and it shows here and there but ofs been refurbished and it wasn't a big deal for me at least. For the price, definitely deserves five stars!

Staff very friendly. Room was clean but bathroom fan did not work. Walls are paper thin I legit could hear guests in next room peeing then flushing toilet. Overall nice stay and super close to Disneyland.

Service was excellent, and the rooms were lovely—the only thing to be aware of. The hotel across the street, Sheraton or Hilton, might be on strike. I was woken up two mornings in a row at 6:30 to yelling, drumming and loud instruments being played for 1 hour. I’m not sure if they are trying to create unhappy customers. If you’re sensitive to noise, I suggest a room not facing those hotels.
