I rate this hotel with five stars comparing to the price! So don't except a hamam or Caviar at breakfast... The location is great👌. The reception is 24/24 working, the rooms are superclean (i've got a negative fetish for dust, looked under the bed, on the top of the closet and... Superclean 🙏), the noise that People are complaining about? It depends on how good the behavoir of your neighbours is🤷🏻‍♂️. I always sleep with earplugs and haven't heared a thing... Points you need to know. The hotel is on the second floor and the explanation is clearly on the website, the same for the breakfast (is 50m further in the same street). So, conclusion : best 1star hotel is ever had...

the rooms were terribly small. The position was ideal but it was difficult to know the exact location of the hotel. More precisely, an idea hotel on a floor of apartments. The tour was offered in a place 60m away from Lyon Hotel. I would not suggest it.

We tried to save a penny and booked this hotel for NY. When we arrived, check in counter advised that they have a problem with water and we were upgraded to a 4 star hotel for free! This I would call customer service. When we arrived to another hotel they were aware that we were coming from Lyon😊👌✨️

A claustrophobic room of 6m2 without real daylight. This is notbhotel room worthy for 420euro for 3 nights. The vendor machines do not work and they have noisy works going on without notifying their guests. That is it, you cannot feel like a guest. No help no info available no guest area, no breakeast available. Any hostel would be better. My rooms should better not called a hotel room.
