We booked this hotel for its location most importantly but for its amenities. We had stayed at a hostel not far from this hotel about a week prior. Our room was spacious, our A/C was NOT working the first day we arrived, the technical was not able to do anything so we had to sleep with 2 fans in our room. we couldnt open the windows for the street noise. The next day, I complained again about the A/C not working, they send another tech up and it was barely working. The entire stay which was 5 nights, we had to sleep with the 2 fans, the A/C is horrible and the service was not provided as it should be. The service & follow up is not a 3 or 3.5 star hotel more like a 2 star. We we tired of complaining and not once did anyone do something to makeup the issue we had for 5 nights, no one gesture by the hotel for its issue. They didn't have another room, they said. The hostel we stayed before I couldn't believe how GREAT the A/C worked and a hotel like Melia not have proper technical staff that can fix issues like this or accommodate the Guest with something else? If you can avoid this Hotel, please do so, I wouldn't stay here especially with what we paid per night, not worth it.

Great people at the reception, ok room with spacious bathroom. I wished there was some warm breakfast menu included, but the breakfast is rich enough anyways.

Very central location. Friendly staff 24hr reception. Lifts slow and small but everything was nice. Breakfast OK. Alot stuff was gone when we went down at 10am breakfast served upto 10.30.
