Amazing experience. Central location. Clean rooms and cozy spacious rooms. Breakfast was okayish very small spread. Only cons: they don’t provide toothbrush etc . Even not available on request. So carry your own. Overall excellent service overall 8/10

I had a nice stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The location is amazing and so central. You can get everywhere very easily. The staff were super helpful and kind. I had to change my reservation a few times due to my fathers health and my sister canceling and they were super helpful each time I called to change the reservation changed it no problem. They also let me keep my luggage there after checkout until my evening train so I didn’t have to lug it around Paris. The breakfast is lovely and always ready and clean. The cleaning lady was super sweet and my room was clean each day when I returned to the hotel. The rooms are small- this is Paris of course- but they were sufficient. They aren’t 5 star luxury But they are nice comfortable and clean with air conditioning and a great place to stay in central Paris for the price. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice hotel with a great location. Its location allowed for great access to walk to all your main attractions. Overall, it was a nice stay. I would stay there again. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was for two reasons. The room could use a fresh coat of paint. You can see the visible wear and tear on the walls. As well with the light being right outside the window, at night it attracts lots of bugs so you gotta close it. Nothing major, both very minor. Still recommend staying here. Good value here.

I am very sorry but I have to leave a bad review to a nice hotel because of an awful experience with the "long hair" reception guy. Me and my mother stayed at the hotel from June 29th to July 4th. We arrived at around 16:00. As soon as we entered the guy was EXTREMELY RUDE, he asked if we had a reservation, which we had since May. He apparently asked for the name we used, however I didn't understand because of his accent...after that he shouted: "HEEEY, GIVE ME YOUR NAME", and he snapped his fingers when my mother was looking for her credit card. As soon as he did that, I told him to call the manager, which he did not. I believe he changed his attitude because there was a maintenance guy around (you could ask him). THIS WAS NOT A MISUNDERSTANDING, HE WAS INTENTIONALLY RUDE. I don't get why he was so rude, we both were very kind from the beginning. It was our only bad experience, however I was terrified of seeing him again. I all ask is for a response from the manager.
