I absolutely loved staying here. Such a beautiful city so I was very happy to have a balcony to enjoy it. The room was a nice size, modern, has usb plugs in the wall. Front desk was also very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Great location by Zermatt. Train station is right across the street, grocery store right next to the hotel. There’s also a few restaurants walking distance ( I recommend their restaurant)! Room was super clean and bed was comfortable. The view was amazing—we saw snow while we were there over the summer. Highly recommend!

I recently had a good business stay at the Matterhorn Inn Hotel. My initial single room, which I occupied for the first two nights, unfortunately suffered from some noise issues due to its proximity to the elevator, which wasn't ideal for a productive business trip. 🚪😫 However, the exceptional customer service provided by Claudine deserves a special mention. She went above and beyond to ensure my business stay was as comfortable as possible, and I'm incredibly grateful for her outstanding efforts. 👏👏 After discussing the noise issue with the staff, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a double room for the remaining nights of my stay, which turned out to be a game-changer for my productivity. 🎁💫 The new room was considerably quieter as it was further away from the elevator, allowing me to focus on my work in peace. 🤫 It's worth noting that the hotel's walls seemed a bit thin, which made it easier for noise to travel between rooms. This might be attributed to the age and structure of the building, but it was a minor inconvenience. 🏨🔊 On a positive note, the double room I moved to was wonderfully renovated and modernized, providing an excellent space to work and rest in style. The modern amenities and comfortable atmosphere of the double room were truly appreciated during my business stay. 🛋️💼 Overall, my business trip at the Matterhorn Inn Hotel was quite successful, thanks in no small part to the surprise upgrade provided by the staff. While there were some noise issues to contend with, the excellent customer service and the more modernized room made my stay comfortable and productive. 🌄🏔️🏨👍👔

Great little hotel. Amazing service, nice rooms (ask for the one on the top 5th floor), not in Zermatt, but very convenient - the train runs all the time and only takes some 10-15 minutes. Staff is extremely nice and makes you feel home with small tokens of appreciation (water, juice and coke every day in your room). The attached restaurant, part of the hotel has an amazing pizza - ask for Matterhorn pizza with raclette cheese, it’s great! Overall, loved the experience and would easily repeat whenever I come back to the area.
